The Cartian Empire
Cartian News None yet Cartia happenings The Anual Winter Fesitvals are going on in Ervel and Dervin. Many goings on are happening in the forests and Elven resting places. Hopes are rising for a prosperous winter.	Weather Winter is upone the lands of Cartia. Snow if falling everywhere exept the Freylin Forest. Many villagers are packing up and ending the hunting season. it is almost below -30 digrees in Pathevel, Forwyn, and everything is cold and bitter, making the days shorter and nights grow into long casims of darkness.

The City's of Men
	Fethenholst (3 sub-boards) The Capital of Cartia, mostly populated by the race of men. THis city is bustling with activity and holds 3,000,000+ residents. It is the largest city of the world of Men and is has the widest range of ethnic groups and cultures. The Cartheldren Palace of the Queen and King harbors within this city's walls. It is made entirley of granite, marble and stone houses with a huge marble castle ranging from the middle. it is the strongest fortified city in Cartia and holds the national Army, Courts, and Navy fleet. it is also a major in trade and industry. 	Ervel A smaller, yet still vast city That holds the Wild Crest's headquarters. THis city is a major Sea port and ships often come and go. This city is a very festive and cultural city with annual Winte, Spring, Midsummers eve, and other suc festivals. 	Dervin Dervin is a rough, hard end of Cartia with the local bar and pub booming with activity. It is a place of crime and holds a great Court where most days is occupied with a thief or murder case. Dervin lies just outside the wonderous Corinth Lake, where the merfolk gather to sing their melody's of sorrow. Moderator: Cartian Ruler	0	0
The Villages of Men
	Carth Carth is a small, homey village with a town Smith and Healer. Carth is home to farmers and peple of trade. it is a festive city with a local tavern and Pub. Mny come here to see the wonderful view of the Glorfinth mountains bordering the vast ocean. Many ships pass and come through here and trade with the Carth peoples. Moderator: Cartian Ruler	0	0
	Fin The village of Fin is a small, wood dwelling village with a local lumber store and Many trappers and traders come through here and set up their tents for selling and trading items with the Fin people. Fin villagers often keep to themselves with their sheep and woodlands. This village borders the Winding Trayeth River which lands in the Corinth lake. Moderator: Cartian Ruler	0	0
Elven City's
	Felwyn The capital Elf city and the most glorious city around Cartia. It holds the Queen Luthien Elensar's Palace and the many wonders of the elven world. It lies in the heart of the Freylin forest, a place that is in eternal Spring. The elves sing the trees to life and the cold winter away with their magical songs. Moderator: Cartian Ruler	0	0
	Dwynfrey Dwynfrey is found in the Flaquyn forest, a mystical ever winter place. The winter loving elves live here, singing to the trees so they may live through the everlasting snow. THis is where the Elven army headquarters are located. They drill in the snow and sleet, never failing with their strength and agility. Moderator: Cartian Ruler	0	0
	Goldedell Goldedell is a sea coast Elven city surrounded by trees and woodland of the Caiden Forest of Men. Few people travel to the end of the forest where Goldedell lies, for fear of being cursed by the enchantments rolling through the air. 	Fwer The small city of Fwer is the smallest elven city, even though it is five times the size of Fethenholst. It is a darker elven city where dark arts are practiced much more than the Kinder Arts. Many say in this city dwells the Feair, the most dreaded wild dragon, in the dungeons of the desertes Fwer Castle. Moderator: Cartian Ruler	0	0
Dwarven City's
	Fur'Urean The richest city of the dwarves located in the towering Furth mountains. This city is built of marble and the mosrt precious stones and gems in the land. THe King makes his place here, governing the dwarves with the help of his "Wise ones." Moderator: Cartian Ruler	0	0
	UruFare UruFare is a large, rich city with a sinister air. The Preists of the Gods and Goddess roam here, spreading tidings or ill news. They garb in black and roam the streets of UruFare, spreading their songs and mementos. Moderator: Cartian Ruler	0	0
	Trailquis This city lies to the east of the Black Lake. It's city is a "port" city between other Dwarven city's and villages. it is a beautiful city with wonders upon wonders. The buildings scrape the cold mountain sky's and the mouth of the city opens to an expanse of black waters. Moderator: Cartian Ruler	0	0
